Keynote Speaker. Legacy Architect. Author. Pastor. Coach. And someone who has spent 25 years proving that the unconventional path is usually the right one.
Nobody looks at a kid from South Jersey born in Iceland and thinks that is a future Fortune 500 advisor. Nobody looks at a sixteen year old apprentice chef at Pine Valley Golf Club or a nineteen year old culinary school graduate and thinks there is a leadership architect in the making. But that is exactly what was happening. Every room I walked into taught me something the next room required. I just did not know it yet.
By twenty one I had graduated from one of the top culinary schools in the country, launched a catering business, and was teaching adult cooking classes. I developed a prepared foods line for a gourmet butcher shop that not only still exists today but inspired a product line that was adopted by supermarkets nationally. Those early years built something most leadership programs never teach: range. The ability to execute under pressure. And the entrepreneurial instinct to see an opportunity, build something around it, and watch it take on a life of its own.
Then came Haiti. My first international trip. A mission to help an orphanage tucked in the mountains that changed everything. I did not go there to find my purpose. I went to serve. But what I came back with was clarity I had never had before. Somewhere in those mountains God made it plain. I was not called to be a missionary. I was called to be someone on mission. In business. In leadership. In life. Helping people find what I had just found. And from that moment forward everything I built pointed in that direction.
I co-founded an international student exchange company that was studied and featured at Columbia University for its business model. What we built was not just a company. It was a pipeline. Bringing students from China and South Korea into American high schools and universities, generating tens of millions of dollars in revenue for US institutions and opening doors for thousands of young people who would never have had access otherwise. I am a connector by nature and that company was proof of what happens when you put that gift to work at scale.
Alongside that I spent over a decade on the executive pastoral team of one of the fastest growing churches in America. A community of more than fifteen thousand people. I spoke and taught from the main stage, helped raise millions of dollars, and led strategic growth, team development, and cultural expansion at a level most leaders never experience. I have spoken at international conferences in front of thousands of leaders, on five continents, to crowds from ten people to twenty thousand. And whether the room is a boardroom or an arena I bring the same thing every time. Depth, clarity, and a framework people can actually use.
For over 25 years I have worked with leaders at every level. Startup founders and Fortune 500 executives. Pastors and entrepreneurs. Athletes and artists. And in every room, on every stage, and across every coaching conversation, I noticed the same thing. The most successful people in the room were often the least fulfilled. They had built impressive things. But they had not yet built the right things. Not because they lacked talent or drive. Because they lacked a system for aligning who they were with what they were building. That question changed everything. And answering it became my life’s work.
The PRINTS™ Framework is the culmination of four decades of leadership, ministry, coaching, and building. But it is not a rigid system you conform to. It is an organic process of discovery. One that surfaces what was already placed inside you and gives you the language, the clarity, and the structure to build around it.
Just like your fingerprint, your purpose is unique, permanent, and yours alone. The PRINTS™ Framework does not tell you who to be. It reveals who you already are. And from that place of clarity, leaders begin to see with precision what they are meant to do, what they are meant to build, and what they are meant to leave behind. Whether you are leading yourself, a team, a company, a nonprofit, or an entire organization, the framework works at every level because identity and purpose are not reserved for individuals. They are the foundation of every great institution ever built.
My book PRINTS™: Unlock the Secret to Why You Were Made for More is the most comprehensive expression of that work. And the most personal thing I have ever written.
“The greatest transformation in our generation will not come from getting more people into church. It will come from getting the church out into the world fully alive in the purpose they were made for.”
I am a Christian. I grew up as a second generation pastor with an entrepreneurial drive that ran parallel to my faith for as long as I can remember. At twenty one both worlds collided in a single moment. I heard John Maxwell speak in Philadelphia, introduced myself afterwards, and walked away knowing something had changed. I could not have told you what then. But looking back it was the seed of everything I am doing today. I have spent over thirty years pastoring while simultaneously building companies, developing leaders, and creating platforms. Both are callings. Both are gifts. And together they shaped everything I now teach. Including carrying forward the nonprofit my father built over forty years ago. Heritage Builders International is that legacy in action. People often describe me as a people’s pastor. Not becasue of how well I speak but because of how genuinely I love being around people. That relational authenticity is not something I developed as a strategy. It is who I have been my whole life. And it is the reason my network internationally runs as deep as it does. Relationships built over decades in living rooms, green rooms, boardrooms, and mission fields around the world.
Rick Warren Quote “It’s not about you.” The first four words of one of the bestselling books in history. I had the privilege of standing alongside Rick Warren in Rwanda watching those words lived out on a global scale. That experience crystallized a conviction I have carried ever since.
God made you on purpose with a purpose. Pre-programmed with specific gifts, a unique design, and a problem you were placed here to solve. Your business, your platform, and your influence are not separate from that mission. They are the mission.
My own mission is entering a new chapter. One focused entirely on the marketplace leader who is ready to stop drifting and start fulfilling the full weight of what they were made for.

Born in Iceland. Raised in Jersey. Living in Scottsdale Arizona. And somehow that journey makes perfect sense when you know the whole story. Away from the stage I am the same person you meet on it. An Italian from Jersey who is deeply connected to family, loyal to friends, and never more than a few days away from a golf course. I love to travel and have been fortunate enough to see much of the world, not just as a speaker but as someone genuinely curious about people, culture, and the stories that connect us all. When I am home you will find me in the kitchen. Cooking for people is one of my favorite ways to bring them together and after graduating from culinary school at nineteen that love for food never left. I have built a large network over the decades but I have never confused connections with relationships. The people in my life know they have all of me. The same relational authenticity that people experience in a coaching session or a keynote is just who I am. On and off the stage. Always moving. Always building. Always looking for the next conversation worth having.
